EXISTING DESIGN - REUSE/CHANGE FEES
PLAN CHANGES BILLED AT $150.00 PER HOUR IN ADDITION TO REUSE FEE:
Reuse of an existing plan is intended to be for clients who find an existing CCHD design that closely meets their needs, as is, or with minor adjustments. Therefore, a maximum number of modification hours is established. If changes are extensive enough to require more than the maximum allowable hours listed, the design will be priced at Custom Design rates.
